Andrea Eastman-Mullins is the Founder of West End Learning, helping colleges, faculty, nonprofits, and educators create and adopt affordable digital learning content. With over 25 years of experience in electronic publishing, most recently with ProQuest, she led the publication of hundreds of research databases including the first streaming video collection for academic libraries. Andrea has an MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan and worked in faculty development for the University of North Carolina during the early days of MERLOT. Andrea is interested in improving learning and access to education through OER, open pedagogy, libraries, and archives.
