Panel discussion led by four UNC System library deans addressing challenges they face in the higher education environment and how they work collaboratively to address shared priorities such as budgets, recruitment and retention, and use of space. The panel will discuss the UNC System Library Advisory Council's new strategic plan, the process used to develop it, and how its objectives support UNC goals for access, student success, affordability and efficiency, economic impact and community engagement, and excellent and diverse institutions. Open educational resources, learning analytics, and shared resources will be among the objectives discussed.
