In May of 2019, Joyner Library hosted over 150 participants for the 15th Annual Joyner Library Paraprofessional Conference. The conference focuses on networking and promoting growth as paraprofessionals throughout the state of North Carolina. The presenter will share the process of planning and coordinating the largest paraprofessional conference in the state of North Carolina. This poster session will focus on some of the troubles and triumphs of the conference and various hurdles that had to be overcome before hosting the event.
