To that end, we request that attendees abide by the ALA Statement of Appropriate Conduct at our biennial conference and other association sponsored events. In 2011, NCLA refreshed and reformatted the Leadership Institute to have a stronger internal message and support for emerging leaders in North Carolina. Now after 4 cohorts; 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 successful participants have provided North Carolina libraries wih a strong bench of leadership and a continuous learning model that ensures relevant activity and a way to build deep relationships.
