William Gee is the Circulation & Interlibrary Loan Librarian at Joyner Library, East Carolina University. He has authored articles and presented on interlibrary loan as it relates to purchase-on-demand, e-books, K-12 schools and special collections, among other topics. His professional service has included memberships on numerous American Library Association, North Carolina Library Association and Rethinking Resource Sharing Initiative committees. He earned his undergraduate degree from Berry College and his graduate degree from the University of Tennessee.
